NDU offers services including but not limited to event production, film distribution, and digital marketing. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NDU or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. Users agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage the Site or general business of NDU.

NDU is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use of the Site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
